AN AUTHENTIC TASTE OF THE MOUNTAINS
In the restaurant menu we’ve decided to make room for the traditional dishes of the Dolomites, and particularly of our valleys, without venturing too far from classic Italian cuisine.
Thus, our guests will have a wide variety of choices such as deer carpaccio and a selection of local cold cuts and cheeses as an appetizer, or goulash, Ladin barley soup and Tyrolese ravioli as a first course.
There are also salads, meat dishes and desserts that will delight even the pickiest palates. Children can also enjoy fanciful menus catered specifically to them, synonymous with a good, full meal for every occasion.

Open daily from 12:00pm to 2:30pm and from 6:00pm to 10:30pm.
Kitchen closes at 10 pm.

DEDICATED TO THOSE WHO LOVE AUTHENTIC PIZZA
It is impossible to resist the temptation of La Ciano pizzas. Aside from the more well-known choices such as calzones, Roman-style, vegetarian, or ham and mushrooms flavors, our menu offers all kinds of special pizzas waiting to be discovered, such as: our “La Villa” with sausage, onion, gorgonzola and golden chanterelle mushrooms or our “Thomi” with arugula, carne salada (a cold cut typical of Trento), and stravecchio cheese.
The pizzas for children are a spot-on choice for little boys and girls who are sure to always find a variety suitable to them. All pizzas are prepared with the highest quality flour and cooked at just the right temperature in our oven. Finally — not to be forgotten — the beers are the essential allies for a cheerful toast.
Steakhouse
ALL THE MEAT YOU DESIRE
Aside from being a restaurant and pizzeria, our establishment is also a steakhouse: a true paradise for meat lovers, with a rich and varied menu able to satisfy even the experts.
A few examples? Piedmont Fassona fillet (18 months), Irish Tomahawk beef, American “Angus Herford” Entrecôte (17 months), Argentinian Entrecôte, and of course, the premium Alpin Beef, a perfect choice for those seeking the highest quality and flavor. Each cut of meat is cooked to each person’s liking and served with a delicious side dish of their choice.
Aside from the beer, the wines from our wine cellar, which largely derive from Italy (but not exclusively), pair well with the meat. May you enjoy the most spectacular grilled meat of your life!

It is located in a strategic position that allows for easy access for those arriving by car or by motorcycle as well as for those who would like to reach us on foot.
